I labeled it distracted driving until the pass in the 'no pass zone'.
You were keeping a close distance which may have advanced that pass.
Nonetheless, something going on besides just spirited driving IMO.

Maybe I made a mistake naming this video like this. I was keeping close distance but I dont think I have anything with his pass,not force him,maybe he's thinking that I am racing with him. He made that pass in curve where he dont have any visibility of oncoming traffic and in place where isnt allowed.

Understood. My comment was not against you at all.
The other driver might have felt your presence.
His/Her pass was a dangerous action and unnecessary given the cars ahead.
Prior to the pass their casual use of the driving lanes suggests to me that they are not fully focused on driving.

I would have been one of the cars that got passed 
Years ago coming on the highway towards my home town i was passed by a very fast Taxi, i at once floored my little car, but when i got to 130 km/h on the 80 km/h highway and the taxi still pulled off in the distance i gave up.
This was during the annual Randers week ( start this Friday i believe )
The excuse is culture BLA BLA, but really it is just 9 days of people from near and far that get drunk.
