Recommendations for SD Card size/brand

0906 info says 128Gb SD cards will work but just wondered what others are using?

Am thinking maybe having 2 SD cards so I can swap them around but not sure which brand. Have used Samsung EVO in the past
 
EVO is TLC flash chip, it is OK to work but not recommended because the life time is limited

All memory cards have a limited lifetime. They are considered consumable products.
 
what about a lexar 633x or transcend high endurance?

12 months ago I would have agreed with Lexar but their quality has changed since they sold the business, the product is not the same quality as it was previously
 
I tested 128 Gb Toshiba U3 cards ( 2016 models ) and 400X Trancend, both worked just fine.
Not for long though as my test sample sadly coughed out on me early in the game. :cry:
 
I am using 128GB 400X Trancend.
