Recording dates / Files not locking

Two quick questions:
Does any one have an issue with the dates being wrong? It seems the list of recording the daily date changes. I’ll attach a pick.
The other day I hit the button quickly to lock a clip, it said locked file, but under emergency the file was there.

Hello Lenny, 1) what is the longest parking time your camera experiences? It should keep time for a day at least after power off!
2) Is its emergency file folder was full already?

I formatted the card and will see what happens going forward.
The car is not off for more than 1 Day normally. And I don’t believe the emergency folder was full. I’ll keep you posted
