Red light runner and more

This new driver (provisional license) needs to pay more attention. He swerved into a right turn lane then changed his mind. He forgot there was a red light in front of him. Then almost reversed into me (the dash cam doesn't show how close he got).

I bet he's not a new driver, just got some P stickers so everybody else will make allowances for his bad/aggresive driving.

The noobs eventually get caught. Here is another clip from last year. Also a P plater. The WRX accelerated past me at almost double the 70kmh speed limit. A hidden cop got him and his license. All on a double demerit point long weekend.
