Refocusing Finevu CR-500HD

Hi guys,

Just found out this great site.
I have had a Finevu CR-500HD for over 2 years now. Always thought there was a problem with the video. Never really got to trying to fix it until today. I found the tutorial to disassemble the housing. But I couldn't take out the lens. Will I need a heat gun? Has anyone tried refocusing this specific model? Thanks in advance!
