Registor Viewer not working?

Hello rookie question here when I open the reg viewer and open a movie file nothing happens, the movies play fine on my windows 7 or on dashcam viewer , I really like the layout of the reg viewer better and would like to use it .
Any help would be great thanks.

You might need a codec pack such as shark007

Installed made no difference still no movie loads

Try another computer to rule out a Windows problem. Do you have the latest version?

I'm not aware of any problem reports outside of the codec thing. By aware the developer fired in a tragic motorcycle accident recently unfortunately so it's doubtful we'll see any bug fixes. The registratorviewer.com domain is expired already as well.

Some times when i open a file it dont play ( Right clicking on video file and then select open with registrator viewer ) you can see in RV that the file is loaded but the play window dont display anything.
When that happen i just close the program and do the same again, and then it load the file 100% again and start to play it.

Not sure why this happen, its the case no matter if i play the file from camera ( x cam and mobius ) or a file moved to my computer.
But its not often it happen, maybe 1 time out of 10 or somthing, and it happen with both x cam - mobius - innovv C3 and SG9665GC video files.

That did it finally got it to work just selected program from the file.
Thank you and to everyone for there input.
Was getting really frustrated with that one.
