I have seen lots of discussion of websites for Registrator Viewer but no conclusions. When I go to the "official" website my McCaffee says "Don't Go There!". I get the same response from other websites. Is there a safe way to get a download?

it's safe, the program checks for updates in Russia, that's a red flag for some AV programs, turn your virus scanner off while you download if need be
