There are a list of Remote lens cameras with the long cable.
I'd like to learn how it works, like the video quality impact by the length of cable, Signal interference.

That would be good to see the experience shared.

extended the lens is limited to around 15cm and is prone to interference

remote lens around 5m and doesn't have issues with interference but requires a send and receive chipset

So far, we could not make it to be 5m due to the high video quality required.

For a motorcycling, How long is the best?

wouldn't need that long but even 1 meter you still need the chipset for send and receive if you want to keep video quality

That would be the challenge to keep excellent 1080p video quality.
The cable would be very special.

That would be good to learn about,
The cable quality is one of key element to determine the video quality.

On my testing, 10m is ok. Within 8m is very stable. Cable what I tested is just nomal usb cable. If it use special cable, the length will be more increased.
The only two kind sync chipset can be match full hd signal.
One is TI, one is Thine(japan).

Would be great to hear from you the chipset and the cables.

Would you please draw me the message, I'd like to see the spec of Chipset and the photo of cable.
The most important is the connection at end of cable. I also need to know how many wires in the cable.

Just have a quick review, seems it uses TV and internet cables,

It is not good enough, we tried. ;)

That would be good to know, how many wires in the cable to transfer HD signal?

each of those cable types has enough wires, it's more about which is the most suitable for the application when you need to make weatherproof plugs, I would think for this the USB3.0 might be the most suitable
