If the straps break you might be better off using a pair of large O-rings from the hardware store. I am not convinced that chinese rubber products like this will last very long. I have found overseas rubber to often be lacking in quality.

Although there may be other suppliers out there I found these were available for $4.27 for 10 (5 pair).

If you can find an old-fashioned auto parts store with a "Dorman Box", it will have O-rings of every size in it and of good quality too. Some "NAPA" stores still have them but none of the other "chain stores" do.

Banggood sells O-ring assortments and for the money the quality is quite serviceable.

I also bought a huge heat shrink tubing assortment from Banggood dirt cheap and the quality is as good as anything purchased locally.
