Requesting recommendations for CPL Filters

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a filter/step-up ring based on a YouTube video and it turns out I messed up. I have the following cameras:

1. YI 2.7" Screen Full HD 1080P60 165 Wide Angle Dashboard Camera
2. YI 2.7K Ultra Dash Cam with 2.7" LCD Screen, 140° Wide Angle Lens, Dual-Core Processor
3. YI 4K Action and Sports Camera, 4K/30fps Video 12MP Raw Image with EIS

Ideally, I'd like CPL filters for #1 and #2. I did a bunch of searching here and on Google but came up with zilch. Any guidance/recommendations would be very welcome please!

Finally, would anyone know of a T-tip mount that I can use with #1 and Go-Pro mounting hardware? I found https://www.ebay.com/itm/131449407674 but need to make sure the mount works. Pretty funny trying to use a $30 camera (amazon sale) and spending $30-40 on mounting hardware + filters Thanks all!
