i bought the camera followed instuctions but i screwed up, i changed my phone and tried but the green led never changes it doesn't talk, i connected directly to cigarette lighter and tried the reset wifi however my cellphone doesn´t find the wifi camera chaned the sd card to kingston micro sdhc 10 with 32 gb,, is there another firmware that resets completely the camera? or a little button or something?
 
If the green light is on, then Wi-Fi is on and you can find the network created by the B1W. If you changed the password and cannot connect with the B1W, then this is a completely different problem, you need to upload the B1W reset Wi-Fi Password Firmware to change the password. Here: blueskysea-inc.com
The start of the recording does not depend on the Wi-Fi, the B1W should start recording video when power is applied. In this case, the indicator will flash.
 
We can reset the camera by loading firmware with a Windows laptop!

Hello @estore009 , I have a problem with the camera, when I connect it, it doesn't talk and when I try to connect with the phone, it connects to the wifi but when I hit Connect in the app it says "Failed to get device information" So I try the method described in your post failing several times on SPI Flash... then finally after 5 attempts, it flash succesfully, but The problem remains :(

After reset the camera, you should use your phone USB wall charger to power on it, but not plug it into your computer USB socket for power

Sure, I'm using my phone charger to power the camera after reset, but it keeps saying "Failed to get device information", it makes the sound when connected and disconnected, but doesn't talk, also, the button don't work and the led remains green.

What is your phone brand and the APP version?

Could you mind to test it in your car with the supplied USB car charger? Two possible reasons for it: low power from your phone charger or a faulty dashcam?
Give it a try without a memory card plugging into the camera in your car, thank you!

Same result, it just turns the green LED and make the starting sound but doesn't talk. Pressing the button (short and long press) does nothing :(

I have also lost my password to my B1W. Is it safe to flash the reset firmware and then the B1W V20200707 Firmware(solved iPhone Choppy Playback from

Yes, it is okay to reset and then load the newer firmware to update it.
 
Upgraded my B1W following the directions to "B1W V20200707 Firmware(solved iPhone Choppy Playback )" Firmware
Now when I plug it in to power it does not talk, nor does it broadcast SSSID. The green light is on.
What should I do now?
 
ok I reloaded CDV04 SEORD005283 and I am able to hear it talk and its broadcasting SSID.
I must be missing something on how to upgrade.
I am suppose to be using Cardvr_img.bin?
 
Mine also would not show up WiFi. It would appear for a few seconds then disappear. I went into Android/Wifi and made it Forget Network. Restarted the B1W and the network re-appeared.

my dashcam is plugged into the USB socket and I opened the tool but it only says waiting device. I press the dash cam button but nothing happens. Please help
