The nautilus cam has OV2710 sensor and can record video at 1080p resolution @ 30fps or at 720p resolution @ 60fps.
It is waterproof upto 5 meters deep.
It has built in Wi-Fi that's great for setting the FOV angle as well as for live view monitoring.
You have to download iSmart DV app to use the Wi-Fi feature.

Package contents:

1 x Nautilus cam
1 x Nautilus cam tripod mount Holder
1 x USB cable (mine had 2 cables)
1 x AV-OUT cable

This is the smallest package I've ever seen. It's around 4.25" x 3" x 1.75".
The whole box fits in/on a palm.
Here's how the box looks side-by-side with normal dashcam product box:

The camera is in a metallic housing.
Front has just the lens.
Also here is BulletHD and Innovv C3 body for size comparison.

The Nautilus cam doesn't have any button on the sides:DSC02768-small.jpg
Bottom of the Nautilus cam is covered by a rubberized cover for waterproof operation.
Bottom has proprietary mini USB kind of port, reset hole and microSD slot:

Buttons and features:

The Nautilus Nemo's Eye action camera has great build quality.
It feels solid and buttons also have good feel.
The tripod mount fits very snug with the camera so it should hold it good during use.

Charging the Nautilus cam currently which seems to take a long time.
Once it's fully charged, it's supposed to last for over 1.5 hurs.
I'll do some DIY type mount to use as a dashcam.

Here's unboxing video:

Test videos and review coming oon...

It's funny how things work out.
I was wondering on how to mount it in the car and voila, my car already had the mount all ready for it.
:D
This is the advantage of having multiple dashcams and leaving their mount attached on the windshield even when the dashcam is not there.
Now who can guess what dashcam the mount belongs to? ;)

How firmly does it snap into the mount/cradle? At least it looks like it will be easy to put a zip tie or velcro loop around it for safety purposes. (Used on a motorcycle or other external rough usage)

If you watch unboxing video, you won't see me taking the mount off the camera.
The reason is, it took me a little bit to pull it out so it's very snug.
I was afraid the mount may break as it's pretty tight.
I'd say with a backup of velcro, it'll be good for motorcycle.

I've access to a gas engine bicycle that I can try sometimes.

The LED color and status changes during different operations.
Check the manual's page on the right for those LED status and their meanings.

The most important is the red blinking led that means it's recording video at 1080p.

To turn Wi-Fi on,
press the Mode button for over 3 seconds .
The LED blinks faint blue to red. It's little hard to see that in daylight.
Once you connect to the Action DVR Wi-Fi access point, you can access the camera's live view, settings and files.
More on how the app works later.

Files and folder:
There are three folders and one text file in the root folder.
EVENT: Files triggered by G-sensor. G-sensor by default is set at 16G due to it being an action camera so I don't expect anything in there when using as a dashcam.
JPG: For picture mode.
VIDEO: This is where all the normal videos are saved.
File names have date and time that helps find particular video quickly.
BTW, I'm testing out Windows 10 and so far video files from few dashcams are playing without any issue.
Even Registrator viewer works fine.

UPDATE: The UPDATE.txt file is for updating settings.
Need to set the N flag to Y to change settings. The camera changes it back to N after updating so don't have to remember to change it.

Wi-Fi connection details...

First, you have to download iSmart DV app by Astrotek Technology Ltd.
Turn the Nautilus Nemo's Eye camera on and press 'M' button for over 3 seconds to turn on the Wi-Fi.
You'll see faint bluish blinking with red LED light. It almost looks pink LED when the Wi-Fi is on.

Click the iSmart DV app in your phone:
Screenshot_2015-08-03-07-54-02[1].png

Select Action DVR Wi-Fi network:
Screenshot_2015-08-04-21-00-14.png

Once connected, camera preview window is open.
Here you can look at the live view and set angle or monitor.
On top left, video resolution/mode is displayed.
Below that, there is an icon for settings. Not all the settings are available in Wi-Fi, you have to update the update.txt for more settings.
On the bottom left, there is an icon to access saved video files but can't play in the app, just to download or delete.
On the bottom center, there is a red icon for record and on the right, there are icons to switch between photo and video modes.

Saved video files:

Screenshot_2015-08-03-07-55-23.png

After selecting video files, you'll get option to download or delete files:

Wi-Fi settings menu: Only these options are available here.

The iSmart DV app works pretty good.

Date Timestamp is not correct, it should be 08/04.
FOV is not as wide as other dashcams so I guess it's in the class of Innovv c3 with 90 degree lens.

Sunny day at high speed under overpass/bridges:

I'll add night videos when I get some footage.

Overall Summary:
Considering the low price and form factor (size) of the Nautilus Nemo's Eye action camera, video quality is very good.

This Nautilus Nemo's Eye is a very small, compact action camera with over 1.5 hours battery life plus it's waterproof for those who like water sports like surfing, water-ski, jet-ski etc...
Can use as a dashcam as well as action cam when needed outside the car or vice versa depending upon what the primary use is.
Tripod mount bracket makes it easier to mount anywhere with appropriate accessories like handlebar mount.
Also has Wi-Fi that works pretty good.
It's a small package that has a lots of features that usually only are available in expensive dashcams.

Video quality impression:

As shown in the video samples above, the video quality is very good considering the price and form factor (size) of the camera.
Very good VBR @ 18mbps.

Audio quality impression:
1. Audio quality has no distortion and sounds fairly fine except the volume is lower than normal volume.
2. Audio has little hollow/hall type quality. It could be due to the waterproof housing.
Listen to audio in the videos above.
2. There is slight static hiss on the audio, specially when the camera is stationary.

I've sent these feedback to the manufacturer and they are working on improving it even more.

I also received a Nemo's Eye thanks to @Eve_Lyn
Here is an unboxing video for everyone.
Just got back from a quick test adventure.
The Nemo will start and auto record when plugged into a USB battery pack unlike the Innovv C4 was very excited that it worked correctly. It still acts like a C4 (going into USB mode) when connected to my car USB, but a lot of other cameras do that as well, but I couldn't be more happy that it works correctly with a USB battery pack.

Here are some shots. The date is wrong because I grabbed a card and just put it in and went.

While out shopping I had two people ask about the camera and I mentioned DCT so hopefully they will take a look here.

where did you mount it when you walked in the store?
Also meant to mention that a camera like this (Nemo, JVX, C4) is on my hat more often then not so it is on in the car, in the store, and between. Some people give me weird looks and other people are genuinely intrigued and ask about it.

Here is a video of under water test of the Nautilus Nemo's Eye camera.
The focus is not very good underwater.
I put a tube of Colgate toothpaste for focus test and letters go out of focus as soon as camera goes under water.
Maybe because it doesn't have outer waterproof case like SJ7000 and water directly touches the lens.
There is some hiss on audio but still captures audio fine.
I tested over 3 minutes and inside was completely dry afterwards.
Due to out of focus issue under water, it may not be good for pure underwater use but should be fine for occasional rain or other sports with minimal water.

The other camera in the pool is SJ7000 with waterproof case.

For comparison of under water video from SJ7000, check this post here:
https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threa...n-camera-from-gearbest-com.13720/#post-179860

The videos were taken at the same time.

Yes, thank you for point that, for the Nautilus Lens are direct touch the water, not like as Sj7000 which have a waterproof case,
the fucus may not very clear, and here is our point to improve, please don't worry.
However, the picture quality on the outside and the features of waterproof is very good.
