More than I can review. ;)
Thank you @GearBest for providing Junsun S100 1080p WiFi dashcam for review.
It's available at Gearbest here:
Junsun S100 1080p WiFi Dashcam
**************************************************
Conclusion:
Excellent design that doesn't block driver's FOV at all and the video is right at the center so there is no other better place to mount a dashcam.
It kinda looks factory extension of the RV mount.
Sticky mount has big surface to stick on the windshield and is very secure.
WiFi works great with FinalCam app.
Has video out for monitors. (Didn't test it as I don't have a monitor with AV input)

It works on 12v so can hard wire directly without any down converting adapter for discrete install.
Video quality is good and audio is loud and clear.

However, I'd like it better if few things change.
The back piece of mount can be used only if the factory RV mount is a small sticky mount.
In modern cars, the mount has electronics so the mount is thick and goes all the way to headliner so the back piece can't be used.
It does work without the back piece so this is not big deal.
I'd like to see it using 12v car charger instead of the proprietary hard wired cable as well as standard mini USB instead of hardwired cable into the camera.
For those who want to install it and forget it, it's great option to hard wire and will be very discrete.

Description & Features: 1080p, WiFi, 170° FOV, Novatek 96650 etc.
This is an interesting design. It's supposed to wrap around the factory rear view mirror mount so should be very discrete.

Another thing is it has proprietary cable and needs to hardwire instead of using a car charger.

I'm assuming it runs on 12 volt.
English manual doesn't mention anything on the voltage.
I opened the long fuse holder and all it has is 1A fuse so no 12v to 5v down conversion.
Hope it doesn't blow when I connect to 12v directly.

They are 12v powered
Okay thanks.
I was avoiding hard wire till now but looks like there's no getting around now.
One question, it has power cables to both power and acc.
Do both need to be connected or just one?
I assume power is for always on option and acc for when vehicle is on?

I came up with a DIY idea to power this instead of hard wiring.
I took an old 12v car charger, spliced wires and connected wires.
1st test was just with ground to -ve and Positive wire to +ve but the dashcam didn't even turn on.
2nd test was with ground to -ve and ACC to +ve and the dashcam had blue LED light on so I drove around just to find out that there is no video at all.
3rd test was with ground to -ve and both Positive and ACC connected to +ve wire.
This worked and recorded videos.

As for the mount, the back piece only works if you have a RV mirror that just hangs on a small mount.
My RV mount is long due to light sensitivity and other electronics in the RV mirror so there's no way to put the back piece on there.

However, it does work pretty good and doesn't block driver's view at all.
Very good design.
My windshield is pretty angled plus the RV mount goes pretty far ahead so the sticky mount is visible but for windshields with RV mount higher, it'll be much discrete.

Folders, Files and VBR:
Root has CARDV folder that has MOVIE sub folder with video files.
Video files have date time so easy to find a particular file.
Overall VBR is 13.1 mbps that's in line with other Novatek based dashcams.
Video VBR is 11.9 mbps and audio is at 512 kbps.

Android Phone App: FinalCam works fine with this camera.

Junsun S100 Dashcam Night Videos: Night videos are pretty decent, similar to other NT96650 based dashcams.

The sticky mount is pretty thin and easy to take the camera out if needed.

it appears the lens has a better view to the right than the left, maybe the lens is not square in the mount???

Yes, it may be slightly tilted.
It's easy to adjust.

it has left/right adjustment?
Hmm... I thought it moved but I double checked and it only moves up and down.
It does look pretty leveled so not sure why one side is better. Probably dirty windshield or lens. Focus looks good so probably not OOF issue.

depends what sensor they are using but the other possibility is they don't have it framed correctly on the CMOS

I think it's other things like reflection, motion etc... as this picture below shows both sides are pretty much the same.

I don't think it's reflection, you can see more of the pillar, speaker grille etc on the right side than the left, assuming the dash etc is symmetrical

Oh you meant the angle, not quality.
I do see slightly more on the right.
This is how it's installed, pretty much centered but probably not perfectly straight.
