More than I can review. ;)
Thank you LUKAS for providing LK-9370 WD Dual 1080p Dashcam Wi-Fi with 3.5" Touch Screen and GPS for review.
LUKAS product site is here: http://lukashd.com/dashcam/product_info/dashcam_9370wd.html

This LK-9370 WD camera is new product from LUKAS.
It's similar to LK-7950WD that I have but with a 3.5" touchscreen among other new features.

It uses the same Sony IMX322 and has a lot of features as shown below:
1RQMzbstki (1)-small3.jpg

It's full 1080p in both front and rear channels and utilizes full size 16GB SD card for normal and 8GB microSD for events.
Both cards are included in the package.

Product box is nicely printed and dashcam and accessories are nicely packed inside.
The product box is exactly same size as of LK-7950WD:

Package contents:
  1. LK-9370 WD Dashcam.
  2. UV Filter (already on the lens).
  3. Two mounts for the front camera, swivel and fixed.
  4. Rear camera.
  5. Rear camera mini USB Cable with one angled tip.
  6. USB Car Charger.
  7. CPL Filter (optional).
  8. 8GB microSD with full size adapter.
  9. 16GB LUKAS SD Card.
  10. USB Card Reader.
  11. Stylus.
  12. Hardwiring cables.
  13. VHB Tapes for front and rear camera mounting.
  14. Allen wrench for adjusting angle.
  15. Quick start guide.
(Note: Other accessories area available depending upon options like OBD).

Physical impression:
As expected, build quality is excellent, looks and feels like a quality product.

Front:
Side by side with LK-7950WD.
It's bigger and heavier than the LK-7950 and one thing I didn't want is the silver front part.
It's not as discrete due to that silver shiny part.
The Wi-Fi dongle and SD card locations are on the opposite side of LK-7950.

Event button on the left:
DSC02912-Lukas-LK-9370WD.jpg

Top has mount with built in GPS: The GPS model number differs from LK-7950.
Below that, there is a micro USB port for OBD, DC in port, TS in and rear camera in ports.

Power, microSD and SD on the right:

Wi-Fi dongle (CF-WU810N) on the bottom:
DSC02915-Lukas-LK-9370WD.jpg

Huge 3.5" LCD Touchscreen on the back along with microphone hole:
As you noticed, there is no menu button. That's where the touchscreen should help.
More on that later...

Unboxing video:

Very Nice.. I'm waiting for Robert to get these in so I can get one ordered one way or another. Very excited to test this out and post up some videos.

Lukas Viewer app is different for different series and also different for Type B vs Type D (with OBD).
Download link: http://lukashd.com/gnuboard4/bbs/board.php?bo_table=eng_viewer&wr_id=176

After unzipping the downloaded file, run installation.

LUKAS Viewer 2.PNG.jpg

Once complete, you'll see Lukas 9x70 WD folder under program files.

Run the program to see this window below that is similar to Lukas viewer for 7950:

Folders and Files:
Normal videos are saved in the full size SD card under 'AlwaysMovie' folder and event videos are saved in the microSD card under 'EventMovie' folder.

Folder.PNG

Event files are 30 seconds each and start with event_ filename.
Normal files start with always_ filename.
Filenames have datetime so easy to find particular clip.

Low VBR but very impressive on what that low VBR can do in the Lukas LK9370.
Videos coming soon...

Menu and settings...
Has a lot of features as shown in the video below:

Sorry about the static hiss from action camera.
It's hard to record in the car as the LUKAS has proprietary power plug that doesn't work with home USB chargers.

Look like a replacement for LK-7950.
What's TS-IN? I read somewhere it's Turn Signal Input but I doubt it.

Thanks.

Not sure.
I'll check if the quickstart guide has any info on that.

LK-7950 has AV-Out instead.
Not sure if LK-9370 has AV-out.

Now I am curious!

What type of input does this port take? I was not able to tell from the pictures.
It's not mini-USB.
It's either 3.5mm plug or similar round one like power input.
I'll check when I get off work.

Hmm interesting.
It could be a video out.. But this would the the first Lukas with a LCD to include Video out.
Perhaps it could very well be as @Hai Pham suggested. Turn Signal- In. Which would be pretty cool, except for its lack of documentation.

Daytime front screenshots, no CPL so the Sun glare:

I think front video quality is better/sharper than LK-7950 even though they use same hardware.
Video appears slightly overexposed specially the Sky but that's good for visibility on the road and in dark areas.
For a very low VBR of less than 6.5 mbps, video quality is great.

Daytime rear screenshots:
Very good focus and great for 5.5 mbps VBR and looks better than the front video.
Maybe due to not having dashboard reflection.

it's generally the complex scenes only where that becomes a real issue, places where you have sunlight coming through trees etc where it might get blocky, very low light situations, probably less of an issue for anyone that lives in the city

Daytime Event videos: As for the G-sensor sensitivity, the LK-9370 is also very sensitive same as the LK-7950.
In medium default level, it's so sensitive that it triggers event even when braking hard or going over uneven roads.
Good thing is that level can be adjusted and even customized otherwise the microSD will fill up pretty soon.

Shows how easily it triggers an event here in default sensitivity:
It's as sensitive as our body, little hard braking and it'll feel it.
Good thing is the event files are very small, 23mb for front and 15mb for rear so one event only takes around 40mb so the 8gb microSD will have enough for 200 front and rear event videos...
