Reviewing on iPhone

Hi all

I’ve had my nextbase 512GW for just over 24 hours and trying to get comfortable with the device & reviewing. I’ve downloaded a file from my route into work this morning and I’ve noticed that the pause sign is constantly in the middle of the screen despite where you press to get rid of it. Can someone advise how to get rid of this?

I’m on an iPhone 8 plus
