Rexing V1 not turning on when ignition starts

Hello, I got a dashcam for my father which happened to be the Rexing V1 since it was the most popular on amazon, and it worked fine until I set it up with all the wires in his car; It never automatically turns on when I start the engine. It seems that all the power sockets in his car are constantly on 24/7 and because of that the Rexing never knows when to turn on. Is there a solution to this?

I've tried all the different fuses in his car.
