Road rage brake check

My wife was driving and this happened a couple days ago. Driver behind her was not happy that she waited for the intersection to clear.

Clearly an unnecessary 'brake check' which is almost always seen as intentionally attempting to cause a crash which is highly illegal I'd be in touch with the appropriate agency and offer to send them the vid even if it can't be used to prosecute. Maybe they'll have whoever patrols that area watch that idiot closely from now on.

Yeah, she's a bit calmer behind the wheel than I am when this stuff happens.
