I have made video test comparison of new Shadow Tec / Seezeus RX300 vs GT680W
On tests, both models had default settings of EV = 0, AWB, WDR On, 1080p/30Fps ( 15Mbps )
FOV analysis
As you may see from photo comparison, RX300 horizontal angle of view is nearly the same as GT680W.
RX300 on picture and video is slightly shifted to the left, - is because after tests I realised they were not perfectly centred, which was hard to do at night, but it is not that significant to affect comparison test. Just bear in mind this slight shift to the left on RX300 when watching video and comparing to GT680W FOV.
The only small difference comes in GT680W vertical angle being about 10% more than RX300.
If you watch video then you may see GPS data: latitude / longitude / speed is identically synchronized.
As per video quality - there is no difference what's so ever between RX300 vs GT680W, however there are some other advantages in RX300 options, which I will review and post detailed comparison soon.
