Safety camera/speed camera alert has stopped working

Can anyone help? I have a F750 thinkware dashcam. The safety/speed alert has stopped working. Can anyone help me? I have downloaded any updates from my pc and I have reset the dashcam but up to press nothing has helped.

Hi @Shanannette. Please make sure your GPS is connecting. Are you hearing the 'GPS Connected" audio notification shortly after startup? You can also initialize the GPS as well. You can also try reloading the firmware onto the dash cam.

Download this latest Speed Camera database and then place it inside the 'driveinfo' folder of your memory card. Put the card back in the camera & test, providing you are getting GPS as mentioned above you should be fine!
