screen freezes on Logo

Have you tried pressing the re set button see if that helps the issue?

try with no memory card installed, if it still locks up at the boot screen it's a hardware fault

Hi there,
This is normally symptomatic of a failing SD card in the device, as @jokiin has suggested removing this from the unit and then powering on without will normally allow you to move past the Nextbase logo screen.
Check that the SD card is suitable for use with this camera by viewing the write requirements in the user manual and that the card is indeed suitable for looped recording devices. It is also good practice to format the SD card regularly as required (every 2-3 weeks with regular use).
