SD Card Errors NextBase 322GW

I have only had my NextBase 322GW for 6 months and have already had two replacement (NextBase) SD Cards sent to me due to the cards NOT formating as they should. Before anyone asks, yes I have reformated the card every 2-3 weeks. This time the screen froze completly, I could not get any of the on-screen tabs to work nor could I switch off the device. Everytime I removed the SD Card and reinserted it, the camera could not find the card. I called support and they happily sent out a replacement card without any questions. Has anyone else had this repeating issue?
