So I’m about to buy the a119m pro on Amazon.

I know what VIOFO says on their website.

Can anyone tell me if a sandisk extreme works in this dash cam?

Im also looking at the sandisk high endurance but that actually has a slower write speed than the sandisk extreme.

There is also the recommended sandisk high max endurance. Which again, has slower write speeds than the sandisk extreme.

Why is the max endurance recommended when it has lower write speeds?

Because it's still faster than the camera can send the data. In other words, using a faster card will not make the camera send the data faster. Using a card that's too slow will cause issues because it can't keep up with the camera.

I bought 2 Viofo 512's off Amazon. Did deep format-yes they were 512.
Of course, I could've bought a couple more dashcams for the price, lol.
I like having the memory cushion though.
