SG9663DC and A129 use same rear camera cable?

Thinking of replacing my A129 with the SG9663DC but do NOT want to reroute the rearcam cable. Is it the same? Can I just swap the cameras?
 
Thanks! Hope any future cameras you make -- like a 4k camera -- can use the same cables :)
