It has been some time since I was here last and am looking to replace my older cam. Does the hardwire kit piggy back on a fuse, or replace it? Either way, which fuse in the panel should I use for the two connections?

piggy back, they come with the fuse taps, you need to check which size you need, which circuits you tap will depend on the vehicle

OK. With the information you've posted, I am pretty sure it is Mini ATO and I can find fuses for the two taps.
