Should I enable WDR and does it slow down or blur video recording?

I'm using my G3 as a dash cam on a bike. I am wondering if WDR will cause the video to be slower, choppy, or blurry?

WDR will make the video very blue in daylight and noticeably bluer at night. It does not the cause any slowing etc. to the video.

I leave it off on the G3, especially for movie making.
