SJCAM 5000x elite WiFi problem

Hi I ve installed SJCAM zone on my smartphone. When I try to connect my camera to the smartphone it fails. It says connection failed try again or restart your camera. What can I do?

Can you maybe try connecting using a different device?
 
Yes I ve tried with my mom's iPhone and it worked... But If a reboot my phone it works, then if I disconnect it, if I want to reconnect it again I have to reboot the phone
