Thank you - the link worked.

I looked at your official shopping web page for the SJ4000 Wi-Fi and it said, "It can take a single shot while a self-timer can delay the shutter by 3 5 10 or 20 seconds." My SJ4000 Wi-Fi with firmware version G20150408V02 doesn't have shutter delay. Does the firmware update include this feature?

I also had a look at the web page for the SJ4000 Wi-Fi and it says, "SJCAM SJ4000 WiFi has a 12 mega pixel sensor for shooting crisp photos and recording amazing 1080P videos." That's a huge upgrade from the sensor in my SJ4000 Wi-Fi, isn't it?

depends which sensors you're comparing, bigger numbers aren't always better, they don't seem to offer much in the way of technical specification so it's hard to know

the self timer should be in your menu. It should be under "Capture" Mode.

Capture Mode allows you to shoot photos automatically at timed intervals and continues to operate until the battery or memory run out or you stop it. In that sense it is a "self timer" but it isn't a shutter delay. Hence my question about shutter delay in the latest firmware update.

shutter delay is the wrong term for this. It only has self timer.

We will update the description shortly

Under a different name I notified SJCam of this discrepancy by e-mail at least two months ago. One wonders if you've simply made a mistake or intended to deceive all along.

this is the official product link: https://sjcamhd.com/sjcam-sj4000-wifi/

Right. Now the very first thing I notice is that at the top of the page it states that the camera supports "Burst-Mode". Near the bottom of the page where you have screen shots for the Setup menu I don't see a menu item for burst mode. My camera has the same firmware version shown on that page and it doesn't have burst mode either. Does the latest firmware update provide burst mode capability?

the compare page needs to be updated. This was made only for reference. The buy now links are cheaper and this is the correct price.

Hope this explains it.
