By way of introduction I own a sj4000 wifi genuine cam and have browsed this forum a few times and wanted to say hi and a big thank you for the owners manual and resources here which have aided me greatly in getting decent videos from this cam.
I have a problem I wanted to get some guidance on (I raised a ticket with sjcam support already but didn't manage to solve it).
I use my sjcam mainly for snowboarding videos of 3 minutes each for ease of downloading and I have the latest firmware update of Aug 2016.
So I can connect to my sjcam fine with sjcam zone on my Google Nexus 5x phone and can watch and hear the videos on my phone just fine using google photos or vlc player.
The problem comes when I want to share any video on whatsapp or social media or if I use google photos to stabilise the video - the video will lose all audio!!
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
