Has eneyone else had a software conflict between a Nextbase 512 GW and a Vauxhall Mokka.
The cam worked perfectly in the Honda CR-V but on changing the car to a Mokka everything went mad. All the electronics in the car seemed to intermittently fail and there was a spurious bleeping which seemed to come from the car's speakers.
I have now replaced the cam and the problems seem to have gone away.
Any thoughts?

How was it connected to the car? (USB | Lighter socket | fusebox | OBD | ...)

Lighter socket. I only replaced the camera unit not the cable.

The camera shouldn't have the ability to affect the car through the lighter socket, seems likely the car has a ground fault allowing corruption of the data on it's CAN bus. If the car is under warrantee then I suggest you put the camera back so that the car is misbehaving and take the car for a diagnosis, find out what the problem really is.
