is there an easier way to update firmware / software for the not so computer minded !! ie me, when I plug in camera to computer and go to nextbase programme it says unable to update camera...……… whats the answer

I updated mine via “MyNextbase Connect” app on my iPhone. Do you have a smartphone you could use instead?
