This C. R. England truck wasn't in a hurry leaving the truck stop, until he had to deal with cross traffic. I followed this truck out of the parking lot, he was doing 2-3 mph, and stopping for a few seconds. OK, it's kind of common, truckers will sometimes be making final adjustments to something as they exit the truck stops. I was patient.
This truck stop and the one across the street can be difficult to get in/out of, due to the traffic on the state highway they front. The cross traffic usually is going pretty fast, and I-65 is 1/4 mile away.

At least he gave the black suv a chance unlike that Tacoma that got run into the barrier...

I suspect the black car could just as easily have waited a few seconds. If he had slowed down a little on the approach he probably wouldn't even have had to stop. But no, he just had to make an issue of it.
