I have set sound recording to ON in the camera settings. Then ever since the first time I started recording with it, all my videos do not record sound properly. They all have a muffled 'shhhh' sound in the background instead of actually recording sounds at all. Of course, when I turn sound recording to OFF, there is completely no noise at all. Does anyone else have a problem like this?

Before I even tried recording with the dash cam, I had updated it to firmware V 0.08.001, which is the most current firmware. I don't know if that was the cause of the problem or not. Just in case, does anyone have an older version of the firmware they can upload for me to try? Also, I am using a 64GB class 10 micro sd card.
