VW Scirocco turns takes a left corner and goes for it. Overtakes at around the park entrance and reaches
St Bede's Colleage 12sec later. A distance of 350m. This gives an approx average speed of 65mph in a 30mph zone.

Driver then proceeds to tailgate.

Reported to Greater Manchester Police who confirm car is not currently insured.

No further action taken regarding the driving.

Boy racers
Here cops have focused on DUI and speeding this past week, had a speed trap not long from where i lige, busted 182 speeders in 5 hours, record-holder and now ex driving license holder did 178 km/h in a 80 zone,,,,,, in his Audi.

Nice with the focus on traffic, just too bad its on the expence of tax and other kinds of company fraud, where in 2016 they had +600 cases, and so far this year +100,,,, and its not like people have stopped frauding and cheating on taxes, its like the national sport here.

Not surprising given the lack of evidence in the video. No dangerous driving, the claim of tailgating cant be confirmed without checking the field of view of the camera, the only thing that can be confirmed from the video is the speeding, and even that would need to be confirmed by a visit to the site to measure the distances and even then could be affected by an inaccurate fps from the camera.

Then you have the problem of identifying the driver, if there is no insurance then maybe there is no owner!
