Speedy pregnant driver flies off bridge hits train

You can't design against everything. Even a regular passenger car changes handling characteristics when full versus when it's only the driver in it. You can roll a vehicle at as little as 25MPH if you try to. People today regularly drive faster than their abilities and their vehicle's capabilities, and things like this are the result.

I think the rear end lost grip when it went over a bump, and I guess the aerodynamics generate a lot of lift at that speed so it didn't have much grip on the rear anyway. Certainly driver error, but vehicles shouldn't be designed so they behave like that, or if they are then they should have a speed limiter to keep them safe!
The bump probably upset the suv. If the truck the camera car was going the speed limit that would be 55 and the camera car would have been doing around 70+-. That puts the QX56 possibly over 80. Being that aggressive on entry in a top heavy SUV had consequences. If she rolled it she would have at least stayed on the bridge. Her number was up
