If you have already tried updating/flashing the firmware and it's still acting the same way, then I would say open a ticket and contact their support.

Bloody hell. My A139 wifi stopped working for the past 2 weeks. Already tried power cycling and such but no go. How odd. One moment it works then the next it is permanently gone. My unit is less than 3 months old. Nice. The best part is the vehicle is used about 2 times per week so it's not like the cam has been abused.

If the WiFi doesn't work, like you enabled the WiFi, but can not find the SSID in the phone, mostly like it is the WiFi module issue.

There are some camera may has this WiFi not working issue, we can replace the front cam.

In the last 2 years, there are a shortage of the chipset including the WiFi chipset. The WiFi module supply informed us there is one batch that may have quality issues, this does not happen 100%.
It seems no chipset supply issue this year, maybe due to no high demand for electronics.
