I just joined here so I can ask about this. I've searched, but come up blank.
Basically, I can't operate the menu on my 801. The down arrow works fine, up arrow does nothing, and the OK button does what the up arrow should do.
So, if I hold the OK, I get the menu. I can step forward and back using Down and OK, but I can't enter any selections.
I did have a look at updating the firmware, but it looks like that procedure relies on being able to use the buttons as they are supposed to be used.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
