Street Guardian SG9665GC V2 flashes power and mic light then turns off

I think my Street Guardian SG9665GC V2 died today.

When I start the car or connect it to USB power, it flashed white and red led(mic) and then turns off.

Is it dead or could it be reset with some other way?

You can try to power the camera with some USB wall charger to determine if it is the PSU that have broken.
you could also try to flash the firmware again if it will stay on long enough for that to happen.
The camera also have a hardware reset button inside a very small hole, on the side of the camera as i recall, it is easy to feel when you are pressing the button with a paperclip or something else small enough to go thru the small hole in the housing.

Not sure who is running and maintaining the Australian SG website now, but Street Guardian USA can help folks wherever they are if necessary.

Viofo has better quality than my SG.
Attached GPS module is also have added advantage of not running another wire for GPS module.
