512gb cards are still new to market so not much testing done with this, not all memory is created equally, we know already that Sandisk is not preferred, others need to test

So if someone drives 2 hours a day, it'll last almost 1 and half months.

I wont be getting one anytime soon. until the price drops a lot anyway.

memory prices are always coming down so there will be some point in time where they're viable

By that time a 'new' 1TB SD card is now available :p

that's the way things generally go, I think by the time it happens at a realistic price we'll probably be looking at SSD drives for storage in newer models

along with nice small remote front and rear cams and central control unit.

24 hours takes up 70%???
What VBR does it have?
If it's 12mbps, it should be only at 25% in 24 hours.

You can choose 12/15/18Mbps on the new V2 firmware
I see.
Still at 18mbps, it should be over 65 hours as it's only around 8gb per hour.
24 hours should be only 35% @ 18mbps and only 25% @ 12mbps.
Something wrong with @-Pizdys- memory, either the card or his own memory ;).

some large cards still need to be formatted FAT32, not all are created equally so it's still a bit of try and see situation depending on the make and model of card, we already know Sandisk cards should be avoided for this model regardless of file system

correct,
video quality recordings is = LOW (10-12mbps)

so far so good :)
I've have checked recording just now, and all recording works normally (no corrupted files or something abnormal.... )

is something happen i will let you know guys, then and i will try FAT32 if necessary .

Thanks for the feedback, we don't get the chance to test all the different cards so this is very helpful, thanks for sharing :)
