In Russia I think it stands for Bet Mine Wins, every time I saw one there they seemed to be competing in some imaginary race through the traffic

It looks like his blinker fluid ran out by the time they reached the stop sign they ran, also.



I liked the old 2002's when I was younger. I'm almost ashamed to admit it.
