Swap cellink b to neo and use same cables?

Can I simply swap over my cellink b and to a neo 9 and use the same hardwire cables that are already installed in my car? There are 2 different neo versions can I use either? Thanks
 
The input cables are different but everything else would be the same.
 
The Neo uses a thicker cable than the Cellink B.

The input cables are thicker for the Neo and the plug is different.

The output cables are the same.
