Switching Views/Main Menu?

Should you be able to switch views when the camera is recording?

Also, to access the main menu my understanding is that the camera needs to be on, but not recording. For some reason, I cannot access the main menu even when the camera is not recording. What am I doing wrong?

When the cam comes on its on record straight away? Yes? So press the 2nd button from the left and give it a second and you should then see the led red light continuously flash red which means you aren't recording you should then be able to get into the menu by pressing the very left button and do what you need to

If WiFi is on, you can only access the menu via the app. Turn off WiFi and you can access the menu from the camera buttons.
