TERRIBLE image quality

I did a test today using the same settings you were on my new 750, 95MB a minute 1080p60. The street I was driving down has one or two trees pass by, similarly devoid of leaves, and the spiderweb of branches did the same thing to the trees, they got all macroblocky, but the rest of my image stayed pretty clear. The way AVC video works, is called Long GOP, or Group Of Pictures. It uses a specific set of frames for reference, and all frames in between are basically just mathematical formula...so when you get those intense fine detail changes at low bitrates, there is a lot of "throw something at the pixel, anything, make a pixel" going on in the encoder. This is also way if you do a live stream on FB or YouTube on a low bitrate, stationary subject, and have someone wave a hand or walk across the frame, they may smear as pixels across the frame. I set my 750 to extreme mode...hopefully it doesn't melt.. :-O
