I didn't know why there were so many cops out today when I was driving...

Then I found out why... <NEWS ARTICLE>

The news article has been censored for some of us not privileged to live in the USA, maybe insert a quote in a "spoiler" so that we have some idea of the explanation...

A man was found dead at the scene of a reported shooting in Winlock early Tuesday morning, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

At approximately 7:10 a.m. deputies were dispatched to a reported shooting that occurred on residential property in the 400 block of State Route 505, Sheriff’s Office public information officer Dusty Breen wrote in an email to The Chronicle.

Upon responding, deputies located a deceased adult male that appeared to have been struck by a projectile at the scene. Breen did not disclose the identity of the man.

Detectives spoke with witnesses and were able to detain an adult female suspect, according to Breen, but did not release the identity of said suspect.

The investigation is ongoing, “but it is not believed there are any participants at large, and as a result, it is not believed there is a continuing concern for public safety as a result of the event,” Breen wrote.

Additional details from the investigation would be provided on Wednesday, Breen added.

Dead people ( suspicious circumstances ) have also been found here the past few days, one of them a 20 YO girl ( 3 men arrested )

And there might be more soon, CUZ yesterday in the high court a school teacher already convicted in a lower court 6 years for raping a 13 YO girl was cleared of all charges.
Among other things the girl was handcuffed and put on a leash,,,,,, but apparently according to the high court she like it like that at 13,,,,,,, she is going to be a freak when she grow up.

Some of what used to be nice, safe, and quiet small towns here have become hotbeds for drug activity complete with murders and shootings. Their PD's aren't able to cope with it due to low manpower, low funding, and the now-high turnover from renters moving in and out who are not from the area. These used to be the kinds of places you'd love to retire to  It's happening like this all over the US due to the ease of making Meth, the influx of well-connected drug organizations into the bigger cities making opiates more readily available nearby, and the bad people knowing that the big cities have LE Task Forces focused only on drug activity making these small towns safer fro them to operate out of.

So far the tiny town I'm living in ATM hasn't been much affected but it's coming sooner or later :(

Yeah decease like that find its way in everywhere, sadly people dont like the cure ( that work ) and will prefer spending billions on non functioning cures, even if it is clearly evident that it dont work.
You would think from the beginnings of man when we had a closer relationship to our animal forefathers things would be more nasty, but i will argue as we progress and evolve, some things just get more and more nasty.
And so the solutions also have to do that to keep up.

Just going medieval on someones ass are not going to cut it anymore, you have to go caveman on his ass,,,,,,, at least.

<< HERE >> is the update on the story. Who knew pellet guns were so deadly?

Oh yes- I can see two ways for that to happen as long as the projectile missed any muscle or tendon mass in the area. Of all common animals humans are probably the easiest to kill if you know where the vulnerabilities are and they are not defended against. I know 6 ways to kill someone quickly with just a sharpened pencil, a common ballpoint ink pen, or a stick made similarly and with 3 of those ways don't require much precision in their implementation. A friend of mine was murdered with a small 2"/51mm pocket-knife when one of the two stabs made entered his heart and there were no other wounds of injuries involved :( Our best and only real defense lies in the grey matter between our ears which that guy apparently wasn't using properly, and perhaps the woman wasn't doing that too well either. Not for me to judge but I do wish such as this never happened because it didn't need to.

Well with the right "can" many a deadly firearm can sound like a pellet gun, and with many firearms around i for one would be cautious.

Some guy was attempted murdered with a car 2 times yesterday ( tried to run him over 2 times ) when that failed they came at him with knifes ( they = 3 guys ) and when cops arrived and arrested 1 and looked in the car they also found pistols.

The guy they was after ( probably for a good reason in groupings like that ) well just like law abiding Danes he have the right to run or run and call the police,,,,, which i personally find appalling when there are not a cop on every 2 or 3 street corners but rather barely one to pick up the phone when you call in.
Actually you will often be lucky if there is a single cop in the town,,,,, Period.

Damn Socialists
