The mp4 stutters.

I just noticed that downloaded camera videos skip when watching. I have saved the files to the disk (SSD drive). I play in MPC-HC.
Two examples:
from the fifth second:
from the beginning:

Any idea why this is happening?
 
have you tried a different card?

have you tested this card to make sure it's genuine, and also what sort of write speed it gives?
 
U1 should be enough.
Try a camera reset and a card format. Eventually, try another card. Buy another with higher capacity, 32GB is too small for today requirements.

32GB is enough for me. Four days back is enough.
 
My guess is the card as well. Try and get a good quality U3 card with fast write speeds.
 
I use a Kingston 128GB U1 micro SD for my Viofo A129+ and it works great. Used it also on a 70mai Pro without issues. For your 20Mbps camera a genuine micro SD card U1 is more than enough, but if you want U3 as ^ said, then go for it. ;)

I tested it. :) On other SDCARD every thing wok fine.
SanDisk sucks :)
