I have a new T5 Pro camera.
Today I saw a firmware update on the app and I accepted it. After the update, camera shut off.
Then it does not turn on.
If I try to power on , no leds are turning on and the screen is off.
If I connect USB power ,its red light turns on just as if it is charging.
Then I read about threads for bricked Thieye cams (other models like T5e)
I successfully connected the camera with the DirectUSB app by connecting USB while holding wifi button and the battery is not installed.
So, I can try installing firmware in this state. However, I do not have the firmware for this model.
Where can I get it ?
if the firmware is not available, what else can I try ?
