Thinkware Cloud app doesn't pair with dascham on Android, can't click "next" on step 2

Hi,

I bought a Thinkware U1000 2CH to replace my Blackvue DR900S-2CH.
I tried to pair it with my Android phone but I doesn't succeed. App doesn't let me click on the "next" button when connected to the dashcam wifi (step 2).
Tried with an older Android phone and a ChromeOS tablet with Android container and same problem, but I succeed to pair it with my old iPad Mini 2...
After some testing with the iPad, I connected the dashcam to a 4G hotspot and can access it via the iPad but my Android phone doesn't want to connect to it without pair the dashcam firt, but it doesn't work...
I think that the pairing is verry messy... By the way, I am not sure anymore but is it possible to connect it to the 4G hotspot to access the live via 4G network ?

Does someone else have this problem ? Is there something to do ? Thank's

Try turning off the smart network feature in your Android - the feature that prevents the device from connecting to a Wifi source that does not have a real Internet connection.
