Thinkware Cloud app will not connect to iPhone hotspot

I have been going through the same thing. I have Android 12 on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. I already reset the dash cam, re-installed the app. I get connected to to internet but the app never gets connected with the camera using the hotspot. I have the latest firmware. Any other advice on how to fix this ?
