Hi - need some help please 
I think i managed to reset my cam on installation and loose the speed cam alert file - everything else works but the safety guide version on mobile app is missing (my wife has same unit in her car and it shows a version - works fine)
anyway,i downloaded the file - smart guide from thinkware and installed in DRIVE INFO as they say - popped sd card back in unit and when i connect phone still does not have safety version so not working still
any ideas if I'm doing something wrong?
