My both front and rear F770 cameras (purchased from webtron-x.com, hard-wiring connected) worked fine for nearly two months without any issues and I did really like this product.

Today, after finished motion detected video captured during parking, it won't work any more, even I unplug the hard-wire power and tried to power via cigarette outlet.

Anyone had similar issues? Appreciated for any advises.

What city do you live ? Let's check memory card.

I live in Binh Duong, the memory card was ok, problem was I couldn't turn it on either auto turn on or power button press. :-(

Try another memory card first.
Then you may sent a ticket/mail to the manufactures. Or ask the seller.

The current memory card was genuine product from Thinkware, and it worked fine when I plugged into PC. I will opt to email the seller as last resort. Thank you!

have you tried the reset button on the side, the dash cam software might be frozen.

use a multi meter to see if power is coming from the hard-wire cable, if so, then dash cam is faulty.

test the cable jack that plugs into the dash cam.

I had the same issue. My unit working fine few year, just stop work last month April 2020.
