Thinkware Q800 or Viofo A129 Pro Duo

Hello all,
I've been looking at a few different models and weighing up the pros/cons.

I know the Q800 has it's glitches (video quality is not on par with expectation) but I settled on it as it has the features that I'm looking for - e.g. parking mode, wifi/cloud access (no DAB interference).

I've now seen the A129 Pro Duo and wanted opinions on how it compares with the Q800 - reliability, ease of use, the buffered parking feature - is it the same/worse/comparable to the Q800?
What external battery would be suitable/recommended - the iVolt, Cellink NEO 6 or other?

If I decide on the A129 - can someone recommend me a good installer in west London (+/- 20 miles of Heathrow)?

The video quality should be better than Q800, but lack of cloud feature.

For parking mode, ADAS, Cloud - Thinkware Q800 Pro

Thinkware hasn't released a firmware update to fix the 2K video quality. Heard Q800 Pro is getting the same Cloud features as U1000.

Either iVolt or Cellink should be fine with Thinkware dashcams.
